Coronavirus (COVID-19) Hardship Policy

The current public health situation has created a challenging operating environment for businesses throughout the country, including in the alpine resorts. In response, the MHARMB has developed a Coronavirus (COVID-19) Financial Hardship Policy that provides avenues for assistance relative to site rental, service charges and gas supply charges levied on Mt Hotham properties. 

Should you have difficulty in meeting obligations under Section 13 of the Alpine Resorts (Management) Act 1997 and can demonstrate financial hardship, we encourage you to contact the MHARMB at your earliest convenience to discuss what options may be available to you.
