Hard waste collection dates are as follows:
- Wednesday 8 November 2023 (after Melbourne Cup weekend)
- Tuesday 2 April 2024 (the day after Easter long weekend)

Please ensure loose items are placed securely in clear plastic bags, waste is piled safely, does not block access ways and is only put out on specified weekends

We pick up...
- Small furniture under 50 kg
- E-waste including phones
- White goods including washing machines, dryers, fridges, ovens (remove door, seal)
- Hot water services
- Mattresses*
- Empty paint tins, paint dried out
- Bikes, skis, snowboards, poles, and boots
- Textiles including manchester and clothing
- Leatherwear
- Hard/soft toys, old games, books etc.
- Cookwear including pots, pans and cutlery
- Plastic bags
- Plastic items such as buckets and baskets
- Printer cartridges (please place in separate bag)
*These items incur a disposal cost and must be communicated to the Hotham Resort Management prior to disposal.

- Items weighing more than 50kg
- Building materials, including timbers
- Dirt, stones or bricks
- Asbestos
- Gas bottles
- Hazardous materials, including chemicals, paint or batteries Industrial or commercial waste
- Regular garbage, recycling or Living Bin waste
