The Resort Management's Visitor Services team is responsible for marketing the resort and its operators to current and prospective visitors, and ensuring the resort is included in relevant year-round regional, state and national marketing activities.
Our marketing partners include Mount Hotham Skiing Company, Tourism North East and Visit Victoria.
We also seek and participate in promotional and public relations opportunities that raise the profile of Mt Hotham and position the resort as a desirable tourism destination.
Our marketing support for on-mountain operators includes:
- Management of the visitor website, www.mthotham.com.au, which is co-owned by the Resort Management and Mount Hotham Skiing Company and lists all on-mountain operators for free
- Coordination and chairing of the Marketing Committee, which represents all on-mountain operators
- Coordination of the winter marketing campaign
- Management of social media channels to market the resort and provide visitor information
